This bread is typically eaten in Alentejo region, situated in Center-South of Portugal.

The slow fermentation of this bread and the use of natural yeast gives it a sour-like taste. The dough is fermented for 24 hours and baked in very hot temperature which makes the perfect crust.

Delicious to eat just plain with butter or on the side with soup. For a suggestion: press it on a toaster with cheese, the cheese will melt and the bread will become crispy.

此麵包較普遍於葡萄牙中西部的阿連特如地區。

以天然酵母長時間發酵,令這款麵包帶有微微的酸味。麵糰需經過長達二十四小時的發酵和高溫烘焙,才能製作出完美鬆脆的外皮。

不管是抹上牛油或配以西式湯享用,同樣突顯這款麵包美味。

建議食法:將麵包切件,放上芝士後再放入焗爐。香濃芝士融化在鬆脆的麵包上,滋味倍增。
